Choose Your Counsellor with Flexible Remote and Face to Face Availability
Choosing a counsellor is easier when the practical details are clear from the start. The right support matters, but so does knowing whether a session fits around work, caring responsibilities, travel, health needs, or simply the kind of setting that feels most comfortable.
Our agency is now open every day. On some days, sessions will be remote only. On other days, we will offer both face to face and online sessions. To make this clearer, each counsellor’s current availability is now shown below their picture.
That means you can look at each counsellor, and see straight away whether their availability works for you before making a choice.

Our agency is open every day
Being open every day gives more people the chance to find a time that suits their routine. Some people prefer weekday appointments. Others need support around shift work, family life, study, or quieter moments at the weekend.
Opening every day does not mean every counsellor is available every day, or that every type of session is available all the time. It means the agency has a wider pattern of availability across the week, with different counsellors offering different session types on different days.
This is why the updated counsellor profiles are useful. Instead of guessing, you can now check:
Which counsellors offer remote sessions
Which counsellors offer face to face sessions
Which counsellors offer both
Which days or times may suit your needs
Whether a counsellor’s pattern matches your own availability
This helps reduce back and forth and makes the first step feel more manageable.

Counsellor availability is now shown below each picture
The main change is simple: each counsellor now has their availability listed below their picture.
This makes it easier to choose a counsellor based on both their profile and their session options. You no longer have to make a decision based only on a name or description, then wait to find out whether the session type works for you.
When looking through the counsellor profiles, it may help to pause and consider three things.
Look at the counsellor first
A counsellor’s profile can give you a sense of how they work and what they may be able to support. You might notice their approach, areas of experience, or the way they describe counselling.
It is fine to take your time. The relationship with a counsellor matters, so it is worth choosing someone who feels like a good fit.
Check the session format
Once you have found a counsellor who feels suitable, check whether they offer remote sessions, face to face sessions, or both. This information will now be shown clearly below their picture.
If you know you can only attend online, this will help you narrow down your options. If you prefer face to face counselling, you can look for counsellors who offer that format on suitable days.
Match availability to your routine
A counsellor may seem like a good fit, but the timing still needs to work. A regular appointment is often easier to maintain when it sits realistically within your week.
Before choosing, think about:
Travel time if attending face to face
Privacy if attending remotely
Work or study commitments
Childcare or caring responsibilities
Energy levels at different times of day
A session that fits well into your life is more likely to feel sustainable.
