Finding the right room for client work can be difficult, especially when availability needs to fit around an existing schedule. A calm, private, well-kept space matters. It helps create the right setting for focused conversations, one-to-one support, reflective work, and other professional sessions that need discretion and comfort.

Room rental is currently available on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, at times when the agency is closed for face-to-face sessions. This means the space may be suitable for practitioners or facilitators who need a quiet setting without the usual flow of in-person agency appointments.

Please reach out by email to enquire about current availability, room rental options, and pricing.

Room rental is available on selected closed days

The room is available to enquire about on:

Day

Availability context

Wednesday

all day (hourly rate, 1/2 day, full day)

Friday

all day (hourly rate, 1/2 day, full day)

Saturday

all day (hourly rate, 1/2 day, full day)

Because room use depends on the agency schedule, the best first step is to send an email enquiry. That allows the team to confirm whether the day, time, and type of use are suitable before discussing pricing.

Who the room may suit

A room rental arrangement can support a wide range of professional uses, provided the work is appropriate for the setting and agreed in advance. The space may be suitable for:

  • One-to-one sessions

  • Talking therapies

  • Coaching or mentoring

  • Supervision sessions

  • Assessments or consultations

  • Quiet reflective work with clients

  • Small, pre-agreed professional appointments

The key benefit is privacy. A good room does more than provide four walls. It gives clients somewhere they can arrive, sit comfortably, and feel that the time has been set aside for them.

For practitioners, the right space also helps with consistency. Returning to the same room each week can make sessions feel more settled. It can reduce the practical pressure of looking for short-notice venues or working from spaces that are too noisy, too public, or not suitable for confidential conversations.

If the room is needed for a particular type of work, include that in the email. A brief explanation helps the agency understand whether the space is a good fit.

Pricing is available by email enquiry

Pricing can vary depending on the arrangement, the length of booking, and whether the room is needed once or on a recurring basis. For that reason, the most accurate way to get information is to email the agency with the details of the request.

When enquiring about price, it helps to be clear about the length of each booking. A one-hour session, a half-day booking, and a regular weekly arrangement may all be handled differently. If setup or changeover time is needed, mention that too.

A useful pricing enquiry might include:

  • The exact day requested

  • The number of hours needed

  • Whether the booking would repeat

  • The expected duration of the arrangement

  • Any extras that may be required

This helps the agency respond with information that relates to the actual request, rather than giving a broad answer that may not fit.
